- MANAGER: You can now let the world know that you’re the manager of the best fantasy football team! To set your team manager name, send “Manager Your-Name” to 8778. E.g. “Manager Tom John”
- INFO: Are you wondering which players your friend has selected? Now you can get info on your friend’s team! Just send “info team-name” to 8778. E.g. info tomFC
Welcome to the Monitor Fantasy Football League! You manage your own Fantasy team selected from your favorite players in the Barclays Premier League!
- BUDGET: You have $50Million to create your dream team.
- TEAM (4-3-3 or 4-4-2): Your team can have up to 11 players: 1 Goal Keeper, 4 Defenders, 3 Midfielders and 3 Strikers OR 1 Goal Keeper, 4 Defenders, 4 Midfielders and 2 Strikers.
- PLAYERS: Each player is identified by a player code. Click HERE for the PLAYER LIST!
- SCORING: Your team will earn points based on how your players perform in the Barclays Premier League. Click HERE for the SCORING SYSTEM.
- SMS COMMANDS: The Monitor Fantasy Football League is played from your Mobile Phone. Simply send the commands below to 8778 on UTL, MTN, ZAIN and WARID:

For now, tracking of teams happens via the phone. To check your team status, simply send “TEAM” to 8778!
The game has already started. Your will start earning points when the next premiership games are played this weekend.

I got a couple of questions:
1-How many teams can one register?
2-What happens to players when a game is postponed?
3-Are there any limitations on the number of transfers in a gameweek?
4-Can one select as many players from a single club?
5-why can’t we get more team formations that exist in football such as 3-5-2, 4-5-1?

Thanks for your comment. Hope these answers help:
1 – For this season, you can register one team per phone/simcard. If you have more than one phone/simcard, then u can register as many teams as you want.
2 – When a game is postponed, things will proceed as usual, and the players will earn points when the game is finally played
3 – No, for this season, there are no limitations on the number of transfers
4 – Yes, you can select as many players as you want. You are only restricted by your budget and the allowed formations.
5 – We shall probably add more formations in future, but now, for simplicity, only the two mentioned on the site are allowed.

Am happy to be part of the CLIMAX. I say bravo to all those who were involved in coming up with this game (MONITOR FANTASY FOOTBALL).
This game I recommend tha it should be played by all those involved in the world of football.

This game is based purely on your players performances so all footy lovers need to have teams registered on every mobile phone they have access to.

How do you select your Captain. After sending in my team on Saturday, i sent in my Captain by sending an SMS with “CAPTAIN player code” but i got the reply that Player transfer was closed. So how is it done?

Ali, that’s the correct way to select a captain, but you cannot make alterations to your team when the transfer window is closed. The window is closed when matches are going on & then opened afterwards.
Try now, the window is open.

No, you only need to make transfers depending on the changes you want to make. Use the “Replace” SMS command for this
